Enjoy A Fun Family Afternoon At Suttree Landing Park
Suttree Landing Park, one of Knoxville’s newest park additions, is a perfect afternoon outing for the family. Nestled on the southside riverfront with the Tennessee River and the Knoxville city skyline as the backdrop, this small 8 acre linear park may be one of the most picturesque playgrounds and picnic areas in Knoxville.
If you need an idea for an afternoon outing with the kids, Suttree Landing Park on a beautiful day can’t be beat. We like to hit the playground at Suttree Landing Park first, play for a while, then stroll alongside the riverfront walkway.
Afterwards, we either enjoy a picnic along the river or pack up and head to nearby South Coast Pizza for takeout on our way to HiWire Brewing for foosball and ping pong

*Note– You won’t find a lot of shade except at the covered picnic area, so it may be super hot in the summer.
